My mission is simple. I want to help current and aspiring leaders become role models worth emulating so that they can attract and build massively successful teams, families, and organizations. I want to help you lead with conviction and excellence. I do this because I have 3 daughters of my own, and I desperately want them to be able to live in a world filled with examples of Truth, justice, and virtue! I believe the most efficient way to do this is to develop leaders who will be the example and mentor others over time.

As an executive leadership and business coach, I help people understand that leadership is a choice that is made each moment, and that empirical evidence can guide us in knowing what choices will allow for the best outcomes over the course of a life and career. Through simple and practical behavior integration, I help people achieve and sustain powerful leadership environments and thriving enterprises.
